Standard Delivery is a shipping method that delivers direct to your front door, front entrance, foyer, reception or other ground floor parcel receiving location.

We use a variety of national carrier partners, including Post Haste, NZ Couriers, DHL and World Wide Express. We will choose the best carrier for your order based on its size, weight, and destination.

Standard Delivery orders are usually delivered Monday through Friday between 8am and 6pm, but deliveries may occur outside of these hours during peak periods. We will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track your order and see when it is expected to arrive. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a choice of delivery day or time for Standard Delivery orders.

Shipping costs are shown “in your cart” during the checkout process, before the final payment step.

COVID: Due to social distancing guidelines, our drivers will ask for your name and sign on your behalf for contactless deliveries.
